The Eye of Yawgmoth is an artifact implanted in Belbe's body on Dominaria soon after she had been altered by Phyrexians. The device was directly connected to Yawgmoth, who, through it, could see everything. Belbe, after she fell in love with Ertai, tried to blind the Eye with mana-radiation.
