Delif was a wizard who created many spells and artifacts, but most were either of an unpredictable nature, or of dubious quality - as Delif himself discovered.[1]
Trivia
- Delif is named after Magic playtester Don Felice.[2] The first card bearing his name, Delif's Cone, is an anagram for "Don Felice" (with an added "s").
