The <c>Death Speakers</c> were [[human]] men and women in [[Aysen]] who were said to be able to perform minor divinations as well as speak to dead [[spirits]]. These young men and women are mostly harmless, though a couple of them were actually being corrupted by agents of [[Baron Sengir]]. They rose to public view after the [[Baron Sengir]] temporarily pulles back on his raids. People feared them because they did not want the dead to tell their secrets to the Speakers, and the Death Speakers became persecuted by the [[Serra Inquisitors]]. This created a schism in Aysen, as some are housed by [[Samite]]s.
