Tinybones is a skeleton rogue from Urborg, Dominaria.
Description
Tinybones is, as his name implies, a tiny animated skeleton. He speaks in an unintelligible clattering language. He can disassemble himself into bones, either to compact himself or hit people with his bones.
Tinybones doesn't enjoy stealing. Tinybones doesn't enjoy hurting the people of Urborg. Tinybones isn't in it for the adrenaline. Tinybones doesn't even have an adrenal gland. No, Tinybones steals because he has a tiny family to feed, and they have a giant appetite.[1] He does, however, seem to enjoy being a nuisance to others.
History
Thunder Junction
When Omenpaths opened across the Multiverse, Tinybones traveled to Thunder Junction and was recruited by Oko to take part in a heist on Maag Taranau, the legendary treasure vault at the center of the plane. He assisted Oko in a raid on the headquarters of the Sterling Company to obtain one of the vault's keys, disguising himself by hiding inside a cardboard box. The plan succeeded in obtaining the key, but their cover was blown on their way out when the sight of Oko's son Kellan caused his illusion magic to fail. As the duo ran away, Tinybones lost his hat but recouped the loss by stealing a guard's pocket watch.[2]
Later, when the gang was sneaking into Tarnation, Oko wore Tinybones, disguised as bone armor, as part of his plan to get captured on purpose. When the Sterling Company caused a distraction, also planned by Oko, Tinybones undid his chains, and along with Oko made a break for Maag Taranau.[3]
