Triple lands (or Tri lands, also called Triome lands) is common slang for any nonbasic land that produces three colors of mana.

Original triple lands

The earliest triple land cycles from Homelands which produces three colors of mana conditionally as follows:

{T}: Add {C}.
{1},{T}: Add M.
{2},{T}: Add N or O.

where N and O are the allied colors of M.

Tri-color sac lands

Main article: Sac_land

Invasion triple lands, come on the battlefield tapped, produce one mana type and can be sacrificed for one of each of that color's allied colors.

Tri-color taplands

Main article: Tapland

Shards of Alara introduced the first real tri-tapland producing three colors of mana in a fitting Shard. Khans of Tarkir completed the cycle with Wedge-colored taplands.

Tricycle lands

Main article: Triome land

Improving on the previous Tri-colored Tapland cycle Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths introduced wedge-colored taplands known as Triomes with basic land types and cycling {3}. Streets of New Capenna completed the cycle with the shard-colored versions, though not officially named Triomes, they are still referred to as Triome lands by many.

Lairs

Planeshift lairs that must be sacrificed when it comes into play unless return a non-Lair land to the owner's hand and can be tapped for one mana of any of three colors.
