History

Fellwar Stonmes enables their user to call forth mana from another mage or other artifacts. Yorgo found one and gave it to Jared Carthalion so he could cast a spell on a scroll to enter Castle Melmereth. It was later used by Ravidel against Jared at the Dueling Chasm of Golthonor.
