A Fellwar Stone is an artifact from Dominaria that enables its user to call forth mana from another mage or other artifacts.
History
Yorgo found one and gave it to Jared Carthalion so he could cast a spell on a scroll to enter Castle Melmereth. It was later used by Ravidel against Jared at the Dueling Chasm of Golthonor.
