The Chaos Vault: Commander Reinforcements is a pair of drops in the experimental Secret Lair Chaos Vault product range and a continuation of the alternate art Secret Lair Drop Series. It became available for purchase from the Wizards of the Coast webshop secretlair.wizards.com on July 18, 2025. This release coincides with, and is related to, the release of Edge of Eternities.[2]
Description
This Chaos Vault drop introduces the concept of Commander Reinforcements, pairing an existing Commander deck with cards that mechanically and artistically enhance those decks.
The Commander Reinforcements Counter Intelligence pairs the the Counter Intelligence Commander Deck from Edge of Eternities with discounts for casting artifacts, toolbox utility, recursion, and even includes the biggest artifact creature of all: Arcbound Ravager. All these can be used to strengthen your robot army. Beyond mechanical upgrades, Featuring: Deathburger also brings artistic enhancements with detailed, striking robots designed by the titular artist, allowing you to even better express the deck’s themes of technology, robots, and unleashing your inner artificer.
The Commander Reinforcements World Shaper pairs the World Shaper Commander Deck from Edge of Eternities with cards to enhance that lands-matter strategy. The Alien Auroras drop complements the World Shaper strategy with five thematically and mechanically relevant cards. Each card in the drop contributes to the deck’s gameplan, adding land recursion and land sacrifice outlets with benefits. These cards can be swapped into the World Shaper deck to customize, diversify, and chart your path to victory. The drop also brings a new spin on what the Edge of Eternities can look like, as Alien Auroras offers a visual identity that matches the deck’s themes of reclamation, renewal, and ecosystem cycles.
The drops come in non-foil and in galaxy foil.
