The fourth Pro Tour event in the 1996-97 season, and the first to ever be held outside of the United States, was held in Paris from 11–13 April, 1997. It used the Block Constructed format which, at the time, was the first two sets from Mirage block, Mirage and Visions. The winner was American Mike Long.
