History
Born on the night of a legendary negotation between the Staprion and Kelfae elves, Hallar uses a genderless pronoun that reflects their ambigious identity. Hallar's carefully controlled fire magic burns in their fiery arrows and in the eyes of their bonded kavu, Serahane.
