Anthousa is a legendary warrior on the plane of Theros. A devout worshiper of Karametra, Anthousa serves as Leina Tower's leader, as well as commander of the goddess's Council of Warriors. When Karametra is away from Setessa, Anthousa acts as ruler in her stead.
During a conflict between Karametra and Keranos, Anthousa was caught in a deadly storm. Keranos, knowing of Karametra's favor for her close advisor, awoke an ancient titan to kill the warrior. With Nylea's assistance, Anthousa managed to slay the creature. Karametra then bestowed supernatural strength to Anthousa, alowing her to cut the titan's head from his body.Her card benefits elemental decks in edh.[1]
