Parcher is a powerful planeswalker who was originally supposed to be one of Urza's Nine Titans. He was replaced by Kristina of the Woods when she insisted on coming along with Taysir. The Planeswalkers say he is quite the lunatic.

Parcher's name was reportedly created after Peter Archer, the editor of Rath and Storm, who was replaced as the author of the Invasion Cycle by J. Robert King.[1]
