Meria is a young elven artificer from Yavimaya on Dominaria. Despite her age, she is the leader of the forest's elves.

Description

Meria's light skin is dappled with gold around her bright, intelligent eyes. She wears a warrior's leather armor; scarlet, ochre, and orange. Unlike other Yavimayan elves, she has integrated repurposed Thran technology in that armor.

Dominaria United

In 4562 AR, Jodah the Eternal travelled to Yavimaya to ask the elves' support in the fight against the Second Phyrexian Invasion. Meria was hesitant to allow her warriors to abandon their homes for the cause, but shortly after the Yavimayans were attacked by Rona, piloting a dragon engine. Only the the concerted efforts of Jonah and Meria, and ther use of an old Thran Damping Sphere made it possible to defeat the Dragon Engine. After this foul attack, Meria pledged her people to the Coalition.

She led the Yavimayan forces at the Battle of the Mana Rig.
