Time is a non-canon plane subtype featured in Doctor Who on the card Temple of Atropos.

Description

Time is a planet that existed outside of time and space. It is artificial, created as part of the Time Lords' efforts to end the Dark Times and keep the forces of time under control. Its planetary mass was carefully calculated for its purpose and it contains the Temple of Atropos, home of the Mouri who control the flow of time.
