The Library is a non-canon plane subtype featured in Doctor Who, on the card The Lux Foundation Library.

The Library is a sprawling planet-sized library planet said to contain a copy of every book ever written. At its center was the Data Core, the largest hard drive ever designed as an index computer and containing backup copies of the books. The Library had a moon, an artificial satellite containing an antiviral AI that manifested within the library's virtual reality as a human man with his own personality and identity.

- The plane putting Shadow counters on creatures is a reference to the Vashta Nerada - shadow beings that once infested the Library.
