The Soul Cauldron, also known as the Vile Cauldron, is a magical artifact found on the plane of Eldraine.

Description

The Soul Cauldron appears to be a large metal cauldron containing a green bubbling liquid that releases green vapors or steam. It can boil down the essence of whatever is put within it including people.[1] It was originally owned by Talion who gave it to Agatha in exchange for her and her sister's assistance in casting the Wicked Slumber to end the New Phyrexian Invasion.[2] Months later after receiving it, she enchanted the woodsman Peter, turning him into the Wolf Knight.[3] With Peter's help, she captured Syr Imodane and prepared to cook her into a stew. However, Kellan slew the witch by pushing her into her cauldron and boiling her alive.[2] Kellan took ownership of the Cauldron after that and later returned it to Talion.
