Hivis of the Scale was a Viashino from the Great Desert of Dominaria. He was an ally of Jolrael.
Hivis hailed from the vast reaches and possessed an uncanny ability to make dragons loyal to him, while his counterpart Zirilan of the Claw could lead the winged serpents. During the Mirage Wars, Hivis was able to lead viashino armies into Zhalfir, Femeref, and Suq'Ata, but was forced back after Jolrael defected from Kaervek's side.
