The Plane of Mountains and Seas is an unnamed plane featured in the Global Series: Jiang Yanggu & Mu Yanling set. It is inspired by the Chinese Classic of Mountains and Seas, a compilation of mythic geography and myth.[1] It is home to the planeswalkers Jiang Yanggu and Mu Yanling.

Description

The world is characterized by its many mountains, forests, plains, lakes, rivers and oceans. It has a rich flora and fauna.

Locations

  • The Arrow Bamboo Forest: a forest which a welcoming appearance that hids its deadly hostility, it was pacified by the arrival of Jiang Yanggu.
  • The Great Lake of Cloud Dream: the rainbows seen above the lake are nothing more than the ritual dancing of the Vivid Flying Fishes.
  • Mount Zhaoyao: represented in Template:Cardlink, it's a forest of stones that reaches the clouds and a land of wondrous treasures and strange animals.
