Azgol is a plane only known from Planechase 2012 and March of the Machine. It is a dark, volcanic plane filled with ashen Zombies.[1]
Description
The plane card Lair of the Ashen Idol, and the cards Invasion of Azgol, and Ashen Reaper all depict a dark, fiery world, with a volcano spewing ashes. The volcano, or a creature within, is worshipped by the locals. Creatures are being sacrificed and turned into zombies. No one can approach the Ashen Idol without an offering.
Phyrexian invasion
Azgol was a target in New Phyrexia's Invasion of the Multiverse.
