Adun Oakenshield was a famous warrior whose coming on Dominaria is foreseen in the Anvilonian Grimoire. It is told that, with his passage, the bodies of the greatest warriors of Dominaria shall rise once again from their graves to follow Adun in battle.

Around 4070 AR, an unnamed mage on Aerona claimed to be the "Son of Adun Oakenshield". He fought with the archdruid Greensleeves. After losing the battle he committed suicide.[1]
