The River Nish is an important flood on the subcontinent of Tamingazin, part of the continent of Otaria on Dominaria
Description
The River Nish acts as the border between the Valley of Tamingazin and the Great Marsh north of Suderbod. The Magewall crosses the river, meaning anyone sailing from Berimish to the sea will be subjected to the wall's magical slow-time. The river prominently features attalo, voracious giant tortoises that can kill a human with a single bite. For this reason, throwing prisoners in the river is an execution method in the city of Berimish.[1]
History
After the assassination of King Tagard Tarngold, the brainwashed wizard Aligarius Timni and the Suderbod ambassador Ursal Daleel escaped by sailing down the River Nish and crossing the magewall while on the ship.[1]
