The Horned Halo was an artifact from Dominaria that could be used to turn a Serra Angel into a fallen angel.
One such artifact was used on the Serra Angel Trine by the Archmage Xarl Angel-Keeper.[1] It was later removed from Trine by Rahel, and its fate it unknown.
Grandmother Sengir knows the ritual that transforms Serra Angels into Fallen Angels. In her card art, she can be seen using a white feather as a quill, and with a basket full of Horned Halos.
