The Buleusi Bay is the large Jamuraan bay to the south of Ki'pamu on Dominaria
It leads to the Kukemssa Sea and the Chaza Isles (Buluu = Blue, Eusi= Black). The adjoining coast of Zhalfir is called the Buleusi Coast. On the eastern side of the bay lies Tefemburu.
