Commander Eesha was an aven leader of the northern branch of Order on Otaria, Dominaria.[1][2][3]
History
She came to full power over the whole Order following the sudden deaths of Pianna, Kirtar and Teroh. Eesha was more cautious than her warlike aven predecessors and recognized the vulnerability of the Order following the failure of Teroh's crusade. Because of this, she was willing to negotiate a truce with the Cabal. She was manipulated by Laquatus into sending a division of troops to help capture Kamahl, whom she wrongfully blamed for the destruction of the Order's citadel; she withdrew her troops when Laquatus' lies were revealed.
As far as it is known, she remained in command of the Order.
Trivia
- The original placeholder name given to Eesha by Judgment author Will McDermott was "Killian."[4] However, the naming team decided it was too based in real world culture, which clashed with Kirtar and Teroh. "Eesha" was chosen for a few reasons: the "a" ending is generally feminine; the long "e" sound in the name echos bird calls; and the name in general sounds softer than those of her two predecessors, hinting at her more reasonable personality.
