Haldan is a Human Wizard from Ikoria. He is bonded with the monstrous Elemental Dog Pako.
Description
The carefree bonder, Haldan, and his canine monster friend, Pako, travel all across Ikoria, searching out crystals with unusual properties. Pako is able to sniff out strange and powerful crystals for Haldan to study and experiment with, and Haldan makes sure he always has a special treat on hand for his devoted friend.[1] He carries a rounded stone club.[2]
History
When New Phyrexia invaded Ikoria, Haldan helped Jirina Kudro lead a column of Drannith's survivors to Lavabrink. While helping repel a Phyrexian attack, he discovered a new property of the crystals: they had rapidly adapted to wick away glistening oil.[2]
