Kelsien, the Plague is an assassin from Ikoria.
Description
Kelsien was raised on the tales of the lost sanctuary of Orn and its brutal destruction by monsters. Now an adult, he has become an infamous Hunter with one goal in mind: wipe out all monsters as payback for the downfall of that ancient city. He conceals his true face behind a terrifying mask as he takes down every creature he comes across with cold, ruthless efficiency.[1]
