Mari, also known as the Killing Quill is a vampire assassin from New Capenna.

Description

Mari debuted as a character in Streets of New Capenna Commander though not as part of any of the actual decks, only in set and collector boosters as an additional card. She appears to wear fashionable clothes, has her black hair styled short, and has pale, predatory eyes. She wields a large golden quill, reflecting her moniker. Her room is lit by the green glow of an orb set in a sconce, casting an eerie light over her.
