First up, here are some things you can expect:

• a planeswalker that makes Kithkin creature tokens —
• kindred reprints —
• counters in the set: charge, dream, flying, first strike, indestructible, and lifelink —
• another card i[n] the Thirst for ________ series — (adding to Thirst for Knowledge (Mirrodin), Thirst for Meaning (Theros Beyond Death), and Thirst for Discovery (Innistrad: Crimson Vow))
• another card that makes something a Coward —
• a card that tutors every turn —
• a new card that copies triggers — Kirol, Attentive First-Year
• a keyword introduced in 2025 returns —
• a number of Lorwyn/Shadowmoor block mechanics have cameos — Persist (Isilu, Carrier of Twilight),

  • Chapter 1, "Out of This Wood," is a line from Act 3, Scene 1.
  • Chapter 3, "Aweary of this Moon," is a line from Act 5, Scene 1.
  • Chapter 4, "Fetch Me That Flower," is a line from Act 2, Scene 1.
  • Chapter 5, "If We Shadows," is a line from Act 5, Scene 1.
  • Chapter 6, "Full of Hateful Fantasies," is a line from Act 2, Scene 1.
• The other two are named after lines from The Tempest.
  • Chapter 2, "Shake Off Slumber," is a line from Act 2, Scene 1.
  • Chapter 7, "The Charm Dissolves Apace," is a line from Act 5, Scene 1.
