Keruga is a legendary dinosaur hippo from the plane of Ikoria.

Rielle considers Keruga a great sage like herself, and she took the planeswalker Vivien Reid to a meeting with the monster. While she stared into the beady eyes of the immense reptilian hippopotamus, Vivien understood she was in the presence of near-infinite knowledge. The wisdom Keruga gave to the planeswalker was a simple guttural sound, but according to Vivien that was everything she needed to hear.
