Kathril, Aspect Warper is a legendary nightmare insect from a the plane of Ikoria.
Kathril uses the shifting, adaptive tendrils on its body to mimic other creatures and deceive would-be predators. Many a monster hunter has met their ends at its mandibles: the planeswalker Vivien Reid hopes that many more will.[1]
Whether hunter of hunted, Kathril chooses when it is seen.[2]
