Lord Skitter is a Rat noble from Eldraine.
Description
Skitter is the king of the rats located within the sewers beneath Edgewall.
Inspiration
Skitter may be based on the Mouse King of "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King."
History
Skitter convinced the Human outcast Totentanz that the human world would fall. When the bard agreed to join the rat king, Skitter gifted him a magic pipe that would call rats.[1]
