The The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander Decks are released together with The Lost Caverns of Ixalan.[2] These are meant to be on-ramps to Commander, with a few new cards and the rest reprints.
Description
Each of the Commander decks represents one of the factions from Ixalan block.[3]

Each package contains[4]:
- 1 Foil-etched Display Commander card
- 1 foil Commander
- 1 additional foil Legendary card
- 98 regular cards
- 10 double-sided tokens
- 1 deck box
- 1 life wheel

Eight additional cards with the LCC code (#0009 to #0016) can only be found in the Set and Collector Boosters. They aren't found in the The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander decks. These cards are:
