Xyris, the Writhing Storm is a legendary snake leviathan from the plane of Ikoria.
Xyris is a giant flying leviathan with a particular taste for humans, regulary raiding the nomadic airship city of Skysail for snacks.[1] Skysail’s soldiers work constantly on new ways to fight back, but no tactic works for long. Xyris will not be denied and invariably finds a way to overcome each new barrier between it and its next meal.
