The Henge of Ramos is the impact crater of Ramos on Mercadia, where the Bones of Ramos were found.

Description

The Henge of Ramos is a circular crater where the vegetation of the surrounding Ouramos does not reach. The crater is filled with a fine sand which also buries the place's only inhabitant - Ramos himself. The dragon engine survived his fall from the skies above Mercadia and erected an altar with the Bones of Ramos - a set of powerstones, each tapping into a distinct color of mana. The dryads of Deepwood fiercely protect the shrine, but may allow a select few to pass.[1]

History

In 4205 AR, the surviving seven members of the Weatherlight crew that had set out through the Deepwood and endured the vine dryad attack in Ouramos reached the Henge of Ramos. Ramos himself stirred awake when they arrived at the shrine, and after trying to disparage them, he allowed the crew to take the five powerstones to charge the Power Matrix but warned them that their innate charge would fade once out of reach of Ramos himself.[1]
