Abu Ja'far is a storyteller from Rabiah who somehow has planeswalking abilities, since he has explored many worlds of Dominia in his lifetime (it's unknown if he visited only the various copies of Rabiah or if he reached others planes in the proper sense). He is rarely detained by authorities, for his incurable leprosy makes him an unpopular prisoner.
