Pincar City is the capital of the nation of Efuan Pincar on the great island of Gulmany, part of the Terisian Isles on modern day Dominaria.
Description
Pincar City lies on the northernmost part of the island of Gulmany, north of the Ohran Mountains.[1]It is considered the most remote part of the Terisian Isles. Sea breezes and frequent showers keep the coastal city livable in the summer, but the air is always moist and afternoons can get oppressively humid. During the summer, the city celebrates the Festival of Fruits, a week of music, bright colors, laughing children, and lots and lots of berries and wine.[2]
History
In 3245 AR, the later part of the Thaw, Pincar City was ruled by King Tabarna. Beneath the temple of Avohir, the Red Stripes had erected a black disc that connected into Phyrexia where the praetor Gix killed Shratta individuals and then sent out Phyrexian sleeper agents that looked like them. Xantcha discovered Gix's presence inside the temple, and after a mental confrontation, she escaped. [2]
