Efuan Pincar is a kingdom on the great island of Gulmany, part of the Terisian Isles on modern day Dominaria
Description
The kingdom and its capital Pincar City lie on the northernmost part of the island of Gulmany, at the foot of the Ohran Mountains.[1] This is the location of the former Ronom Glacier. It is considered the most remote part of the Terisian Isles.[2]
History
According to local scribes, Efuan Pincar was populated around the year 2950 AR, during the early stages of the Flooding of Terisiare. The Ronom Glacier had been melting rapidly for 16 years by the presumed time that the boats carrying Efuand settlers arrived there.[2]. Sages and wizards from the School of the Unseen helped found the new nation,[3] and at some point, Avohir came to be worshipped as a deity there.[2]
300 years later, during the later stages of the the Thaw, parts of Efuan Pincar was infiltrated by Phyrexian sleeper agents created by the praetor Gix. This threat was negated by Urza's machines. Efuan Pincar was also the birthplace of Ratepe.[2]
