Enez is a city on the Craggy Coast of southern Jamuraa, on the plane of Dominaria. The Craggy Coast is a rugged stretch of coastline marked by cliffs and fortified settlements, while the ancient Great Wall protects the region from inland threats. Enez lies at the southern end of the Great Wall and has friendly relations with nearby Bryce.[1]
History
After the Battle of Bryce during Johan's War, Hazezon Tamar sent out requests for aid from the other coastal cities, warning that they too faced subjugation under the rising Emperor Johan. Enez responded to Hazezon's call to arms, sending many warriors to fight in the Battle of Palmyra. The city’s soldiers were known for their bravery and skill, contributing significantly to the defense of Jamuraa’s southern coast. Like many settlements in the region, Enez likely fell under Johan’s control following Hazezon’s defeat[1], and likely regained independence since Johan's empire crumbled after his death.[2]
