Enchantment artifacts are both enchantments and artifacts and therefore the rules for both apply to them.

Enchantment artifacts were introduced in the Theros set, where they represent the weaponry of the gods. Enchantment artifacts and enchantment creatures in the Theros block all have a unique card frame that shows the star field of Nyx. The Nyx frame doesn't have any rules associated with it. It's just a reminder that these artifacts and creatures are also enchantments. Other enchantments in Theros use the regular card frame.[1]

There exists currently only one cycle of enchantment artifacts. All of them are colored and legendary.

Artifact Enchantment

In Unfinity, one colorless non-legendary Acorn card, Greatest Show in the Multiverse, was printed with the typeline "Artifact Enchantment — Saga", reversing the order of the card types. This card features the same artifact frame with starfield overlay as the Theros cycle.
