Medran is a market town in the nation of Efuan Pincar on the great island of Gulmany, part of the Terisian Isles on modern day Dominaria.

History

It was in Medran, c. 3250 AR, that Xantcha found the man she was looking for - a young, dark-haired, and rude man named Ratepe. She bought him off the slaver Tucktah, and bid him put on the role as Mishra to hopefully trigger Urza into action. Medran was also where Xantcha realized Efuan Pincar had become infiltrated by sleeper agents.
