Mount Delapre was a high peak in the Karplusan Mountains on the continent of Terisiare at the time of the Dominarian Ice Age.
Description
Mount Delapre was located along the Balesh Pass, a two-days walk through the snow from Mount Kireshal. High in the mountains, the peak was snow-covered even after the end of the Ice Age.[1]
History
Before the second battle of Balesh Pass, the Balduvian orc general Groth Jonar ordered the goblins of the Flarg troops he had been assigned to hide in the snow along Mount Delapre. Using their stealth to surprise the enemy, the goblins helped flank the Kjeldoran knights, leading to a victory, though at the cost of the goblins' lives.[1]
