Card Description
Through the Breach (Ultimate Masters) Setting: Innistrad

Color: Red spell
Location: Drownyard Temple
Intent: This piece shows a moment that was illustrated for the Shadows over Innistrad story guide but that we never quite got to see on cards: the moment when Emrakul emerges from the space between worlds and rises out of the ocean.
Action: We'd like to stay pretty close to the story guide illustration here, with a couple key differences to account for this specific context:
Maybe a little more of the lightning effect, since this is now a red spell.
A sense of coming through from somewhere else, not just rising up. (This can be subtle.)
The addition of Nahiri very small in the foreground, her glowing sword upraised, facing away from us.
Focus: Emrakul's emergence
Mood: Eldritch[1]

Laboratory Drudge (Commander Legends) Show a "skaab," a stitched-together, blue-aligned zombie, that was created to be the perfect assistant for a mad scientist. Like all skaabs, it's made from a couple of dead bodies stitched together. It is slightly taller than a normal human (about 7 feet) and has at least three arms whose hands have been replaced with tools that might be used in the process of creating other skaabs--maybe a large syringe filled with some blue-green serum, a shovel for digging up more corpses, etc.[2]
Moorland Rescuer (Midnight Hunt Commander) Setting: Innistrad: Midnight Hunt

Color: White Creature
Location: Atop a bridge in Nearheath in Gavony
Action: Show us a mounted female human knight galloping over a bridge covered in hoarfrost. The sun's light is peeking out from the clouds and illuminating the bridge and reflecting off the hoarfrost. This light reflects off her armor, making her glow with an almost magical light. She is wearing Cathar armor but is missing her hat- it flew off during her escape! On the back of her horse is a child, clutching her tightly.
Focus: The knight
Mood: A daring escape, fleeing an unseen enemy[3]

Search the Premises (Modern Horizons 2) Mood: Determined to find evidence of wrongdoing.[4]
Floodhound (Modern Horizons 2) Action: This creature is a BLOODHOUND formed entirely of WATER.[5]
Faithless Salvaging (Modern Horizons 2) Mood: A bit regretful but still looking for loot.[6]
Festival Crasher (Innistrad: Midnight Hunt) A small DEVIL dances around the Harvesttide festival, carelessly setting banners and market stalls on fire. It has a JACK-O-LANTERN on its head, and its horns poke out of the pumpkin. Please incorporate LIT CANDLES in its "outfit" to mimic human festivalgoers.

Mood: Reckless fun. Who cares if you burn a few things while you're at it?[7]

Can't Stay Away (Innistrad: Midnight Hunt) A bunch of housecats gather around a plate of food -- but one of them happens to be a translucent GHOST CAT. The ghostly cat looks scary and wispy and otherworldly, but it's acting almost normal -- maybe it's happily head-down in its food, floating slightly. Maybe we see that one of the other cats is freaked out at the cat-ghost, and its hair is standing on end.

Focus: The ghost cat
Mood: Not even death will keep Fluffy away from mealtime[8]

Ludevic, Necrogenius (Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, #320) Show close up Portrait of DR. LUDEVIC, a mad scientist who loves to breathe life into unnatural, stitched-together monsters. Here he's working on a new creation, a frightening combination of many different creatures. Maybe we see him cranking up his scientific equipment, "lightning vanes" and "reanimator orbs" and whatnot, with a laboratory full of preserved body parts.

Mood: "They called me mad, but I'll show them! ...how RIGHT they were! HAHAHAAA[9]

Olag, Ludevic's Hubris (Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, #320) Intent: The goal here is a creature that's the result of an unnatural science experiment gone wrong -- but charming! The creature is a horrific combination of multiple dead creatures, but is kindhearted and good-natured despite its monstrousness. That's the real hope here -- help us hit that goal!

Action: Show the creature as a stitched-together undead monster of body parts from at least 3 different creatures -- but who's doing something gentle and sweet. (Take inspiration from the "skaab" zombies). Maybe looks like a spider with human arms in place of legs, but he's grinning at a butterfly perched on his finger. Or maybe has a horse's body with razors for legs, but he's looking wistfully out of a bright window in his master's dungeon.
Mood: A monster's body with a child's soul[10]

Morkrut Behemoth (Innistrad: Midnight Hunt) Action: Show a 20 foot tall zombie. It's so big that it has to CRAWL on its BELLY to move, reaching out with huge boney hands. We see it head on moving towards us- Its head is HUGE and jaws are gaping open. It crawls forward through the muck, dragging its body behind. An ominous fog obscures how absolutely huge this zombie is- maybe we see a few bats flying past for scale.

Focus: The giant zombie
Mood: Lumbering death[11]

Hollowhenge Overlord (Crimson Vow Commander) Show a family of three wolves who have taken over a bedroom in what was once a nicely furnished home. The room is now a wreck, as the wolves have torn open the down pillows and broken the desk. One of the wolves is larger and lays comfortably on the remains of a large four-poster bed.

Mood: A new family moved in[12]

Jacob Hauken, Inspector (Innistrad: Crimson Vow, #320) Please introduce us to JACOB HAUKNESS, an English male of small stature in his late thirties. He should hold a MAGNIFYING GLASS and investigating a crime scene. Please give him clothing fitting for a detective/investigator inspired by the characters. Please do not be bloody or graphic with the crime scene - broken debris or a body covered with a cloth will suffice.[13]
Hauken's Insight (Innistrad: Crimson Vow, #320) Haukness has a power that allows him to see ghosts, so please give us a point-of-view image of what Haukness is seeing. We look through a MAGNIFYING GLASS at a crime scene which allows us to see a number of Blue-aligned GEISTS, and magical trails floating around. Please do not be bloody or graphic with the crime scene - broken debris or a body covered with a cloth will suffice.[14]
Edgar's Awakening (Innistrad: Crimson Vow) [Family Reunion]

Setting: INNISTRAD
Color: Black, sorcery spell
Location: The Voldaren Estate (p. 60-63)
Intent: This is the story moment where Olivia Voldaren, the vampire bride, revives her groom, Edgar Markov, with her own blood.
Action: OLIVIA VOLDAREN (see attached) lifts a sleeping EDGAR MARKOV (see attached) out of his coffin and puts her wrist to his mouth, so he may drink her blood. The coffin and the room should be as opulent as the rest of the estate (depicted in p. 60-63). However, this is a private moment, so please don't put any other vampires in the room. Please refer to the attached references for their normal outfits - do not depict them dressed up in wedding gear.
Focus: Olivia and Edgar
Mood: Tender. Romantic yet deadly.[15]
