There have been numerous illustrators of Magic: The Gathering cards.[1][2] This is a list of illustrators as listed by the expansion in which their work(s) were first featured.

The list refers to the earliest printing of a given piece of art. Split cards or double-faced cards with both sides by the same artist count as 2 separate pieces. Fot the last featured set only original art is accounted for, reprints are disregarded. The number of cards that features the artist is counted according to Scryfall.
