Li Tie is a former Magic: The Gathering artist and Art Director for Wizards of the Coast.
For Portal Three Kingdoms Wizards of the Coast used all Asian artists. Li Tie contributed and was also the Art Director. Henry Stern gave the initial art concept for each card to Li who then worked with each individual artist.[1]
