The City in a Bottle was an artifact in El-Hajjâj's workshop at his castle. It was guarded by a Guardian Beast. As the name implies, it contained a miniature city within a bottle, and was used to hold the Baby Taysir.
Trivia
- The city was inspired by the comic book story The Sandman #50, "Ramadan," by Neil Gaiman, which was germane to Arabian Nights in the set's entirety.

The card is one of the three expansion hoser and has its own rules section.[1]

- 700.8a If a spell, ability, or effect needs to determine the number of creatures in a player’s party, the calculation of that number is performed automatically by the game and results in a number between zero and four. Players don’t declare which specific creatures they control are in their party for such an effect.
