Trick Jarrett

Patrick "Trick" R. Jarrett (born in 1983 in Atlanta, GA) is a former Wizards of the Coast employee. He was hired in December 2011 as a content manager overseeing articles on DailyMTG.com.[1] By mid-2014, he had been promoted past editor-in-chief,[2] and as of June 2020 held the title of Senior Content Strategist.[citation needed]
On November 10, 2025, Jarret announced that the next day would be his last at Wizards, and said that he would update his website about his "new adventure" in the coming weeks.[3]
Education
Jarrett matriculated to Georgia Tech, where he was a Computer Science major until he dropped out in 2006.[4][5][6]
Work for Magic
Jarrett was on the design team for Doctor Who.
