King Harald is an Elf from Skemfar on Kaldheim.
Overview
Harald managed to unite both of his plane's elf tribes, the Wood elves and the Shadow elves, declaring himself king and seeking to restore his race to former glories. His younger brother is the Planeswalker Tyvar Kell.[1]
Trivia
- Harald may have been based on Harald Fairhair, who unified the Norwegians and became Norway's first king.
