Orvar, known as the All-Form, is a shapeshifter native to Kaldheim.
History
Orvar is regarded as one of the oldest and most adept Covewalkers on Kaldheim. True to the nature of his kind, he possesses the ability to transform his appearance at will, often favoring the shapes of marine creatures or those humanoids closely tied to the sea, such as fishermen and lighthouse keepers. Over his extensive lifespan, Orvar has refined his shapeshifting abilities, developing innovative techniques that go beyond simple transformation. Notably, he can extend his physical presence across several forms simultaneously, creating multiple "copies" of any creature he has observed. These duplicates are not independent beings but rather physical extensions of Orvar himself. Despite his lengthy existence and the vast knowledge he has accumulated, the true purpose behind Orvar’s actions remains shrouded in secrecy. Many ancient stories that mention changelings are believed to subtly reference Orvar’s deeds and influence.[1]
