The cephalid Kamiz is the Obscura spymaster in New Capenna.
Description
Kamiz serves as Raffine's right hand and Queza's mentor. Nothing goes on in the city without her knowing it, and nothing is published in the papers without her supplying the rumors. If you've got a question, she has the answer - and maybe she'll even tell you.[1]
The bioluminescent markings around her eyes pulse blue-green. She wears a navy trench coat embellished with gold, a throat amulet to report visions, and a rune in her ear to receive updates. She personally warded the Cloud Spire, Raffine's headquarters. Before she became spymaster, she had been a reporter.[2] Siding with the Adversary in his revolt against the families, she was wounded by Jinnie after attempting to ambush her and her companions following the Crescendo attack.[3]
