Giada was a teenaged girl and possible angel on New Capenna. At the Cabaretti Crescendo, she was revealed to be The Font, a new source of Halo.[1] She sacrificed herself to save Elspeth Tirel.
History
Giada's origins are unknown, but she appears as a teenaged girl with dark eyes in clothes a size too large for her frame.[2][3] At some point, she discovered the ability to create Halo from nothing, and was held by the Cabaretti as New Capenna's savior.
During the events of the Crescendo, she was rescued from agents of the Adversary by Elspeth Tirel.[1] Joining with Elspeth and Vivien, the trio reached a cathedral in Park Heights, where she sacrificed herself to save her new friends, transforming into the magic of Halo and reinvigorating Elspeth to help her defeat Nixilis.[4]
