Tommi Hovi is a Finnish former professional Magic player and National Champion. Best known for being the first player to win two Pro Tours, Hovi was inducted into the Magic: The Gathering Hall of Fame in 2005.

Notable decks
Hovi brought the Turbo Stasis deck, originally designed by Esa Ristisuo and developed with Arto Hiltunen, to global attention after he used it to win the 1996 Finnish National Championships.[2]
